Interim Head of Redevelopment
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Redevelopment Manager for a municipal real estate company.
As Interim Redevelopment Manager, you report to the Property Development Manager and have staff responsibility for +10 employees, who mainly work as project managers and redevelopment coordinators. The work focuses on sustainable renovation and remodeling of mainly residential properties. No new construction is included.
Main duties
- Responsibility for the company's overall refurbishment activities
- Responsibility for delivery, quality, finance, resource plan, schedule, etc. in refurbishment projects in accordance with the company's investment process
- Responsibility for staff, budget and results of the unit
- Responsibility for project administration, financial reporting and follow-up, and monthly project forecasting
- Responsibility for ensuring that the investment PM and investment calculations meet the group's profitability and structure requirements
- Participating in the development of a new investment process and implementing it in the business
- Ensure that the work of the unit is streamlined in line with the new investment process
Who we are looking for:
- You have +10 years of experience in human resources management
- You are a strong leader with an ability to build a cohesive team
- You have previously worked as a project manager for large construction projects and have mastered the entire process from maintenance plans to post-calculations
- You have experience in change management.
- You have experience in construction production and construction law.
- You have a good knowledge of real estate economics.
- You have administrative skills and a good ability to evaluate, prioritize and structure the company's investment activities
- You are customer and result oriented.
- You have knowledge and interest in environmental and sustainability issues.
- You have an engineering degree from a university in construction or real estate or another education or experience that we consider relevant or equivalent to the assignment
- It is an advantage if you have worked with the Antura project management system
About the process
The assignment is 100% of full time. Start in week 11 or 12 and the assignment is expected to last for 6 months.
