Interim Site Manager

Main responsibilities and duties:

• Manage operations and ensure that HSE, productivity, and quality targets are met.
• Lead the implementation of the ISC strategy for the business.
• Develop the management team and create a culture of responsibility, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Plan and manage operations to ensure reliability, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
• Manage budgets and engage stakeholders to uphold company values.

To be eligible for the role:

• Experienced leader in operations and supply chain, with a strong focus on results.
• Engineering degree in process, chemical, or similar technical field.
• Solid experience in process safety, HSE, and asset integrity.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in project and change management as well as process optimization.
• Fluent English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time and starts immediately. The assignment is expected to last approximately 8-9 months, with the customer hoping that it will lead to a permanent solution. Remote working is possible to a certain extent, although the customer would prefer the candidate to be on site as much as possible. We will present candidates on February 10, and interviews with the client company will be held on the following days.
