Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Project Manager within renewable energy, based in Sweden.
As Interim Project Manager within renewable energy, your mission is to ensure progress, customer relations, and finances in the projects. The role requires a high degree of physical presence at project sites in Sweden and, in the long term, also in the rest of the Nordic region. You will have overall responsibility for driving the projects according to contract, managing risks, coordinating stakeholders, and following up on financial key figures. Furthermore, you will support business development and sales and contribute to knowledge transfer within the organization.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Customer relations and stakeholder management
- Contract compliance and risk management
- Project finances, invoicing, and cash flow monitoring
- Planning, progress, and follow-up of projects
- Subcontractor negotiation and coordination
- Documentation and quality control
- Support sales and business development
- Act according to the company's priorities: safety – quality – productivity
To be eligible for the role, you must:
- A driven and solution-oriented personality
- Higher education in construction/engineering, electrical engineering, project management, or economics
- Several years of experience with profit and budget responsibility
- Good knowledge of construction law (FIDIC, ABA 99, AB04 & ABT06)
- Experience of leading large and/or complex projects in challenging environments
- Accustomed to working with risk analysis and risk management
- Fluent in Swedish and English, other Nordic languages are an advantage
- Experience in the construction and energy industry, preferably in renewable energy
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for 12 months on a full-time basis, starting in March, with good prospects for employment.
