Interim Head of Unit

In the role of unit manager, you will maintain and develop strategic initiatives for managing documentation and information for the disclosure of medical records and the processing of paper-based healthcare documentation. You will manage these processes in order to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and frameworks, while also contributing to the overall goals and strategies of the organization.

Main duties:

• Lead the work on the disclosure of medical records, including confidentiality assessments.
• Oversees matters relating to blocking management, log control, and register extracts.
• Lead and develop the scanning of healthcare documents within the organization.
• Provide clear leadership and direction to ensure that the unit achieves short- and long-term goals.
• Key person in shaping and maintaining a positive and effective work environment that promotes cooperation, development, and high-quality work.
• Work on initiatives to make the business's flows even more digital.

To be eligible for the role:

• Relevant academic degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in management and personnel responsibility.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to lead change initiatives and develop work processes.
• Experience working in the healthcare sector with document management and information management.
• Very good ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.

About the process:

The assignment comprises approximately 50-75% of full-time work and starts immediately. We will present candidates immediately and interviews will be conducted accordingly. The assignment is expected to last approximately 8 months and is based in Stockholm.
