Interim Chief Marketing Officer

Main responsibilities and duties:

• Responsible for the commercial growth strategy of the company.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan across all digital channels and in relevant markets for the company.
• Provide commercial leadership combined with effective budgetary responsibility including marketing investments and ROI.
• Setting the brand strategy and guidelines to ensure a consistent brand image.
• Ensure a coherent marketing structure focused on business growth.
• Lead and drive the digital development and optimization of channel investment.
• Ensure effective collaboration with other functions for seamless customer experience.
• Visionary leadership and staff responsibility for the marketing team (about 15 through 4 direct reports).

To be eligible for the role:

• Requires experience from similar role in international company.
• Requires proven experience in implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Experience from a fast-moving food company or similar business is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills adapted to a changing market and technology.
• Experience in building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Relevant academic degree or equivalent (MBA or MSc in Business Administration and Marketing is an advantage).

About the process:

The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for about 6 months. Start immediately and the assignment is primarily carried out on site at the customer and a couple of trips a month occur.
