Interim Financial Manager, BRF
Interim Search has been entrusted with filling the position of interim Finance Manager for a condominium association at a leading real estate company in Stockholm.
As an Interim Financial Manager for a housing cooperative, you will play a key role in developing and implementing structures for housing cooperatives related to ongoing and upcoming construction projects. You will be part of a team of four people.
Main duties:
- Develop and implement processes and procedures for financial planning and management of condominium projects.
- Be responsible for the formation of condominium associations and ensure that financial and administrative procedures comply with regulations.
- Support project teams with financial matters, from the start of construction through completion and handover.
- Manage and administer the finances of housing cooperatives with a focus on long-term sustainability and strict compliance with laws and regulations.
To be eligible for the role:
- Extensive experience in establishing and implementing financial functions for condominium associations and new construction projects.
- Knowledge of cost estimation and financial planning related to housing projects.
- Experience working closely with construction and housing project teams to ensure that financial processes support the project's progress.
About the process:
