Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim Site Manager for a company located in Småland. The organization has a turnover of 1.5 billion and has almost 280 employees.
The Site Manager will help run and establish a new site with around 40 employees. Together with the operations managers, you will drive and develop the organization in the right direction. The assignment involves personnel responsibility.
Main duties:
- Train and tune up current operations managers
- Improve the culture internally and implement trade-offs and make decisions for the department
- Be able to operate and develop the production plant and solve technical problems
- Human resources management and leadership
To be eligible for the role:
- At least 10 years of experience in production with similar roles
- Civil engineering, technical background or education deemed equivalent by the client
- Proven leadership experience with staff responsibility
- Experience of working with first line managers
About the process:
The assignment is full-time with immediate start. The assignment is expected to last approximately 6-9 months and there is the possibility to work remotely.
