As a Junior Recruitment Researcher, you will be part of our research team and work closely with one of our senior recruitment consultants. You will play a key role in ensuring fast and accurate deliveries to our clients. Together, we drive high-precision recruitment processes, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the appointment of qualified specialist and managerial roles - often in listed or global companies with well-known brands.

Duties and responsibilities:
- In team together with the Recruitment Consultant and Senior Research colleague, be responsible for the delivery process of senior interim consultants to our clients.
- Through research, identify and contact candidates for ongoing recruitment assignments.
- Interview senior interim consultants, primarily by telephone, and evaluate ideal matches for assignments.
- Structured administration ongoing in business systems during each assignment process.
- Ad hoc administration and coordination.
- Create clear and representative candidate presentations for our clients.
- Ensure a positive experience for our candidates and continuously manage applications in our system.

- You have an academic degree in business administration, human resources or equivalent and are at the beginning of your career.
- You are a curious person who thrives in fast-paced environments characterized by a high work tempo and business-critical needs.
- You are used to supporting others, acting proactively, and enjoy working in a service-oriented role.
- You are fast, efficient, thorough, and good at organizing.

- Previous experience in recruitment is an advantage.
