I rollen som Junior Rekryteringsresearcher blir du en del av vårt research-team och arbetar nära en av våra seniora rekryteringskonsulter. Du kommer att spela en nyckelroll i att säkerställa snabba och träffsäkra leveranser till våra kunder. Tillsammans driver vi rekryteringsprocesser med hög precision, där du får möjligheten att bidra till tillsättningen av kvalificerade specialist- och chefsroller – ofta i börsnoterade eller globala bolag med välkända varumärken.

This is a role for you who thrive in a fast-paced work environment and are motivated by exceeding expectations. With our structured methodology and close collaboration with recruitment consultants, you will play an important role in ensuring success for both our clients and candidates.

Duties and responsibilities:

• I team tillsammans med rekryteringskonsult och Senior Researchkollega ansvara för leveransprocessen av seniora interimskonsulter till våra kunder.
• Through research, identify and contact candidates for ongoing recruitment assignments.
• Interview senior interim consultants, primarily by telephone, and evaluate ideal matches for assignments.
• Structured administration ongoing in business systems during each assignment process.
• Ad hoc administration and coordination.
• Create clear and representative candidate presentations for our clients.
• Ensure a positive experience for our candidates and continuously manage applications in our system.

Who we are looking for:

• Du har en akademisk examen inom företagsekonomi, personalvetenskap eller motsvarande och är i början av din karriär.
• You are a curious person who thrives in fast-paced environments characterized by a high work tempo and business-critical needs.
• You are used to supporting others, acting proactively, and enjoy working in a service-oriented role.
• You are fast, efficient, thorough, and good at organizing.
• You can switch between structured and demand-driven tasks.
• You are positive and want to be part of our continued growth journey.
• You express yourself well in speech and writing.
• Previous experience in recruitment is an advantage.
