Interim IT Director
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim IT Director to a multibillion international organization where you will be responsible to prepare and carve out the business unit.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategy.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations ensuring reliability and security.
- Manage IT budgets, including CAPEX and OPEX.
- Work closely with business units.
- Lead initiatives that leverage data and analytics to drive business insights and decision-making.
- Build, develop, lead a new IT organization.
- Manage relationships with external vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of systems, including ERP, CRM, WEB-interface.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and cybersecurity.
To be considered for the role:
- Several years of relevant experience from an international position within IT management in a multibillion SEK context.
- Documented experience from being responsible for carve-out and/or integration projects in an international multibillion SEK context.
- Demonstrated experience in building and developing a new IT organization, including team recruitment, structuring, and process implementation.
- Experience in leading an international operation remotely.
- Strong understanding of modern technologies, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and ERP systems.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time, starts the 13th of January and will initially be contracted for 6-9 months with possibility for extension during future possible integration phase. Candidate presentations to the client will take place on January 9th, with interviews conducted by the client company January 10th.
