Main duties:
- Supporting the business with HR expertise
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety
- Recruitment
- Cooperation with trade unions
To be eligible for the role:
- About 5-10 years of experience in recruitment/staffing
- Health and safety competence (collective workers)
- Used to dealing with trade unions
- The right person should be able to consider employment directly with the customer after completing the assignment.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time, starting in early 2025, and is expected to last for six months, with good opportunities for employment after the assignment is completed.
