Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim IT Manager to a rapidly growing company in the real estate industry, based in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
We are looking for a key person for the company who wants to work closely with the business and be responsible for all IT issues, both operational and strategic. You have implemented change projects in IT, both operationally and strategically. You will report to one of the members of the management team.
Main duties:
- The assignment is to review all systems within the two companies.
- Create a status analysis and analyze what needs to be done.
- Evaluate systems and hardware.
- Evaluate existing external support providers and what is needed going forward.
- Develop an IT strategy.
- Assess future resource requirements.
To be eligible for the role:
- You are a senior professional with solid experience of driving change projects within IT.
- You are accustomed to working both strategically and operationally.
- You have analytical skills and are communicative.
- It is advantageous if you have worked at smaller companies or startups.
- Experience working in private equity or investment companies is an advantage.
About the process
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for at least 6 months, starting immediately. The work will be based primarily at the office.
