Interim Head of FP&A

In the role of interim Head of FP&A, you are responsible for a well-functioning team with high productivity and where your contribution is to create an overview, analyze, coordinate and drive proactivity towards the organization and ensure financial strategies and reporting to management and owners.

Main duties:

• Responsible for and lead the team and process of business and financial planning, budgeting and forecasting at strategic, operational and tactical level.
• Plan, monitor and analyze performance and financial status, reviews, and insights for underlying causes of outcomes, variances and results. 
• Support controllers for accurate reporting. 
• Compile and present monthly reports and forecasts and present and discuss insights and analysis with management and owners.
• Cooperation with the accounting function.

To be eligible for the role:

• Many years of experience as Head of Business Control in an international context and possibly some CFO experience.
• Solid experience in business management and reporting with a good understanding of accounting, financial statements and financial reporting.
• Good accounting understanding from experience in auditing or as an Accounting Manager in a multi-billion dollar context.
• Experience in transaction-intensive activities in B2B and product companies.
• As a person, you are driven and proactive and help the team with overview, analysis, also hands-on interventions when needed.
• Good IT and systems skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

The assignment is full-time and starts in the last week of November and is expected to last 6-9 months.
