Interim Chief Financial Officer

Main responsibilities and duties:

• Managing and developing the finance function.
• Ensuring effective processes, systems and reporting.
• Responsible for strategic planning, financing, M&A and business development.
• Speaking on behalf of the Board of Directors and ensuring dialog on business development and financial management.

To be eligible for the role:

• Many years of experience as CFO in a decentralized organization.
• You are strong in finance and M&A.
• You have good experience in driving transformation and developing profitable companies in a private equity environment.
• You work hands on and have a unique ability to drive business and manage multiple parallel processes with a holistic perspective.
• You are a good communicator with a positive and flexible approach.

About the process:
