Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Warehouse & Logistics Manager for a product company in Sörmland.
We are looking for a leader/manager with solid experience in warehousing and logistics who can step in and take on the leadership role for a department with 10 employees. The role reports to the site manager and is part of the management team. Our customer's main operations are here in Sweden, but they also have production units in both Europe and the US.
Main duties
- Manage and distribute work within the department
- Working with change management
- Develop the company's quality assurance work
- Systematic work environment management (SAM)
- Be active in your daily work
To be eligible for the role
- Experience of managing a business in the warehousing and logistics sector
- Relevant experience from manufacturing companies
- The desire to work operationally
- Be able to be there
