Interim Search has been entrusted with recruiting an interim Sales Manager for an exciting company in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Create and develop a high-performing team working across multiple markets
- Responsible for budget and financial follow-up
- Identify and establish the right product-market fit
- Structure and streamline the sales process, and ensure that the right information is shared with relevant key personnel
To be eligible for the role:
- Experienced Sales Manager, previously completed similar assignments
- Background from Open Banking, Open Finance or related
- Experience in start-up/scale-up with external funding
- Swedish and English, fluent in speech and writing
- The mission is primarily conducted on site, travel is involved
About the process:
The assignment is full-time, starting as soon as possible and is expected to last 6 months, with good chances of employment directly with the client after completion of the assignment.
