Interim Chief Operating Officer

Robin is a new interim consultant and has recently completed his first assignment. He was hired by a medium-sized manufacturing company to lead efforts to increase growth and develop the product portfolio. Working closely with the company's production manager, he ensured that productivity-enhancing investments met requirements and were implemented. He was also responsible for optimising production flows and quality assuring the delivery process. Robin's background is in production, and he has extensive experience of leading and implementing change initiatives to increase efficiency, automation and quality in production operations. In his first interim assignment, he combined his expertise in production with a strategic and commercial approach and was able to contribute to growth by optimizing processes and implementing important investments.

Robin is eager to take on his next assignment as an operations manager in a manufacturing or production environment. He has experience working with both medium-sized and large companies.
