Noel has extensive experience as an IT manager and CIO in international companies. He was recently seconded to a company based in Spain. It was a manufacturing company that needed help during a sick leave. Noel had seven direct reports around Europe and overall responsibility for the company's IT. Among other things, he was hired to drive through a major systems integration project and to generally overhaul the IT environment, which was in urgent need of modernization. Noel implemented new IT processes and improved internal systems to make them even more efficient and automated. He also carried out a complete review of the company to analyze the technical needs of different functions. He was also able to identify skills gaps in the organization and work to recruit new talent in the field.
Noel has many years of experience in planning and implementing system solutions and IT projects. He is particularly used to working in international companies and with different cultures.
