Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim CFO to a well-established company in southern Sweden
Main tasks:
- Financial organization, processes and procedures
- Financial reporting
- Sustainability reporting
- Internal reporting, analysis and financial control
- Liquidity, financing and investment
- Budget, forecast and strategic planning
- Risk, internal control and governing documents
- Systems and tools
- Tax and legal issues
To be eligible for the role:
- CFO with experience from P/E owned company
- Experience in construction/service trade
- Academic degree in economics
