Interim M&A Project Manager

Main duties:

• Lead and manage M&A projects for international companies with ongoing business
• Work within an established structure with clear processes to maximize efficiency and quality of implementation
• Managing small to medium-sized businesses, often entrepreneurial
• Be part of the M&A team

To be eligible for the role:

• Experience of having completed the entire M&A process independently
• Ability to manage entrepreneurial-led businesses with humility and simplicity
• Experience in leading negotiations and the transaction process
• International experience and ability to work across borders in a global environment.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time and is expected to last approximately 12 months. Start after the end of the year.

Candidates are presented on an ongoing basis, with interviews held in connection with this.
