Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Quality Manager for an industrial company in Stockholm.

The Quality Manager is responsible for quality, environment, health and safety (QEHS). The main task is to prevent problems in QEHS improve and streamline management systems, processes and procedures. The role reports to the CEO.

Main duties

Own, audit and improve the management system.
Ensure that the management system meets the company's ISO standards.
Act as a liaison center for large claims that span several parts of the company.
Purchases according to the applicable budget and authorization rules
Power to stop ongoing activities that risk personal injury or significant negative impact on the company and raise the matter with CEO/management team for decision on action.

To be eligible for the role

You have worked in organizations operating in other countries.
You have the ability to manage employees and colleagues without being their manager Chief.
You have previous experience as a member of a management team.
You are a structured and analytical problem solver.
You have broad and deep knowledge of the ISO standards relevant to the company (ISO 9000 & ISO 14000).
You are the company's expert on the management system (Altea).

About the process

The assignment is 50% and is expected to last 6-9 months starting either in November or January. The Quality Manager is expected to be on-site at the client's office.
