Patrik Lilja is a Director/Recruitment Consultant at Interim Search AB. He has over 20 years of experience in recruitment and interim solutions from Proffice, Poolia, Bonnier, and TNG. For 14 years, he served as regional manager, establishing and building a company specializing in interim services and the recruitment of qualified finance professionals. Patrik has worked across a wide range of industries, in both the private and public sectors, with clients ranging from large multinational corporations to smaller growth companies and private equity-owned firms. Patrik holds a reserve officer’s degree from the Navy and subsequently studied behavioral science with a focus on organization, leadership, and economics.
