Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CFO to a fast-growing international media company with a turnover of approximately 400 million, distributed among approximately 100 employees. The company has local representation in countries such as England, France, Benelux and the USA. The role involves personnel responsibility for 3 people and you report to the company's CEO and are a member of the management team. You are overall responsible for the compilation of all subsidiaries' reports to group level, including, presentation of monthly report, cash flow, net working capital and net debt, for the board and management team.

Main duties:

Management team cooperation.
Board work.
Close cooperation with the commercial team (budgeting, project monitoring, contract structuring).
Cash flow planning and continuous monitoring.
Budgeting and forecasting (budgeting in Q4, 2-3 forecasts per year).
Project management and support to the financial organization.
Conduct annual audit in cooperation with auditors.
Accounts receivable and payable (shared responsibility with accounting consultants).
Ensuring timely payments to suppliers and payment of accounts receivable.
Contact with the Swedish Tax Agency and the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
Responsible for Swedish companies' pension solutions, legal issues, insurance and real estate issues.
Calculation of commissions and bonuses.
HR and recruitment: involved in decisions on salaries, bonus structures, benefits and recruitment budgets.

To be eligible for the role:

Experience of working as a CFO, preferably from a small fast-growing company.
Experience of working internationally.
Preferably experience in media, streaming.
Prestigious, hands on and self-driven.

About the process:
