As a Jr Researcher at Interim Search, you will be a key part of our team, working closely with a recruitment consultant and a researcher to identify and recruit the best interim consultants for our clients' business-critical assignments. You will gain insight into the entire recruitment process and work closely with both candidates and clients.
The role offers great variety and a wide range of responsibilities - from scouting and contacting qualified candidates, to attending meetings with our clients and supporting throughout the recruitment process. You will help ensure that we continue to deliver the best interim solutions on the market - often within 48 hours!
Main duties:
- Identify and contact candidates for current assignments, with a focus on senior interim consultants.
- Interview and evaluate candidates by phone to ensure the best possible match to assignments.
- Support the recruitment consultant and researcher in everything from start-up meetings with clients, requirement specifications, advertising and search strategy to presentation of candidates and contract writing.
- Administer and manage information in our CRM system to ensure high quality at all stages of the process.
Who we are looking for:
- You have an academic degree in human resources, business administration or equivalent.
- You are fast and efficient, while being thorough and good at organizing your work.
- You have a service-oriented mindset and enjoy being proactive in a support role.
- You are solution-oriented and can switch between structured and more demand-driven tasks
- You are communicative and express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish and English.
About the process:
