Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Head of Negotiations for a group in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Support for contractual and negotiation work in the framework of labor law and collective agreements
- Monitoring the field of labor law
- Coordinate and develop work related to pay and pay formation
- Responsibility for local collective agreements and development of trade union relations
- Supporting managers in negotiation work
- Budgetary and operational responsibility for a unit
- Personnel responsibility for eight employees
- Member of the organization's HR management team
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Law degree with a focus on labor law or equivalent relevant training
- Management background and good leadership skills
- Experience in independently conducting high-level labor law litigation and negotiations
- Experience of working with salaries and wage formation
