Interim HR Specialist

Elsa has worked in HR throughout her career and started as a consultant in 2021. She has now built up an impressive interim CV and thoroughly enjoys the freedom and variety of her role as a consultant. Her most recent assignment was at a B2B service company. They had undergone a period of rapid growth, and Elsa was brought in to implement a reorganization that would establish new reporting lines and titles. She also implemented a performance management program and created a structure for employee reviews and follow-ups. Elsa's assignments usually involve some form of change, whether it's recruiting new employees, creating onboarding procedures, training, or platforms for personnel administration. She also enjoys more administrative roles, where she covers for a permanent employee. In this work, she has experience from the entire HR field, such as work environment, legislation, and HR policies.
