Josh has experience as a site manager and CEO in manufacturing companies. He was recently hired as an interim consultant at a medium-sized manufacturing company in southern Sweden. His assignment was to increase sales and profitability, as well as modernize production. He was part of the management team and reported the production unit's results to the group's CFO on an ongoing basis. The assignment grew and ended up with Josh being hired for two years. Among other things, he was responsible for establishing a foreign factory and recruiting staff for it. Before he left, profitability had increased thanks to many of the improvement and efficiency projects that Josh had initiated and driven. The last initiatives driven under his leadership were to implement LEAN and evaluate company acquisitions. Josh is now looking for his next challenge, preferably another manufacturing company with a focus on profitability, development, and automation.
Josh eagerly awaits his next interim assignment, where he will be able to step in and make a difference. He enjoys leadership roles and has had up to 100 subordinates.
