Interim HR Consultant

Annelie is an HR consultant with a background as an HR manager, HRBP, and generalist and specialist in the field. She has extensive and broad experience in labor law, negotiations, work environment, and leadership development. Three years ago, Annelie started as an interim consultant and is driven by the opportunity to step in and work in a results-oriented manner for a temporary period. She usually takes on a supporting role to an HR function or management, both in terms of operational and strategic personnel issues. Annelie's most recent assignment was as an interim labor law consultant. She assisted the client with issues relating to labor law, collective agreements, and training. She worked with project management, but also supported management in sudden or strategic issues. In her previous assignment, she was more of a generalist and acted as a support to the management team in a range of HR issues, including leadership development, recruitment, and rehabilitation matters.

Annelie can contribute to most clients who need a broad-based HR consultant. She can work both as a generalist and as a specialist in areas such as occupational health and safety and labor law.
