Interim Group Business Controller

Rolf has worked as a controller for over fifteen years. During his career he has mainly worked in a global corporate environment. This gives him broad experience of reporting from different perspectives. He enjoys working with data and is a certified super user in Excel. Rolf's interim career is long and successful - a selection of efforts he has made with clients is to technically develop Excel templates and reporting tools, optimize BI systems, and develop budget and follow-up models. In general, he is often hired for improvement projects in terms of data collection and analysis. Recently, he was seconded to a billion-dollar consulting company, where he worked with reporting and analysis at group level. Rolf was also a key person in automating processes and minimizing manual steps for the entire controlling function. Something that both eliminated errors and streamlined work. Prior to that, he was seconded to a retail company where he led a team of controllers. He was responsible for updating Excel templates and automating data collection.

Rolf may be one of our most experienced controllers when it comes to driving technical development within the function. He is used to some staff responsibility over other controllers.
