Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim Aftermarket Sales Director for a large company, based in Stockholm.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for managing and developing the aftermarket business in the Nordics with P&L responsibility.
  • Manager and leader of a large organization with a few direct reports and external partners and distributors.  
  • Identify common consumer concerns and work to address them.  

 

To be eligible for the role:

  • Many years of experience as a sales director or similar, especially with experience in after-sales and customer service. 
  • You have experience in contractual changes and negotiations.
  • You are an experienced leader and used to managing large and diverse teams internationally.
  • You enjoy working operationally and finding points of improvement in customer service processes, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

 

About the process: 

The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for up to 6 monthsstarting in November.
