Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Work Environment Specialist to a technology consulting company based in Stockholm. The work will be carried out on site at the customer's premises.
Main duties:
- Responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
- Identify risks, develop and implement safety policies, and train staff in occupational health and safety issues.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections.
- Develop and implement occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and hold training courses and information sessions.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding work environment-related issues.
To be eligible for the role:
- At least 3 years of experience working with occupational health and safety issues.
- Relevant education in occupational health and safety or similar
- Good communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last approximately six months, starting immediately, with a scope of 100 %.
