Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Project & Quality Manager to a manufacturing company in southern Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on projects within the company, which includes setting goals, schedules, budgets, and ensuring that projects are carried out according to plan.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards and processes to ensure that all products and services meet company and customer requirements.
- Identify and manage risks in projects and processes, including ensuring that the company complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
To be eligible for the role:
- A strong background in project management is essential, with experience in planning, implementing, and completing projects within time and budget constraints.
- Analytical ability to identify areas for improvement and solve problems effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for leading project teams, negotiating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all team members are informed and engaged.
About the process:
The assignment comprises 100% of full-time work and is expected to start immediately. The assignment is expected to last for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
