Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Change Lead to a major company in the manufacturing industry south of Stockholm.
As a Change Lead, you will work on SAP implementations and drive change initiatives.
Main tasks:
- Lead and organize training efforts to ensure that the team has the knowledge and tools required to manage new processes and systems.
- Driving change processes at local level.
- Participate in the IEB program.
- You are an effective communicator who can engage and inform different stakeholders, from the management team to operational teams.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience in key roles in finance and have implemented new systems and processes.
- You have driven extensive training initiatives and ensured that changes have been integrated in a sustainable way into the business.
- Experience of working on complex projects in international environments.
The assignment comprises 100% of a full-time position and starts in September. The assignment is expected to last for 12 months with the possibility of extension.
