As HR Change Lead you will drive and lead local and global project teams and
be responsible for the transformation of new work streams, systems and processes.

Main duties:

● Project manage HR project team globally and be responsible for the transformation of new
workflows, systems, and business processes.
Analyze, coordinate, consolidate agendas, drive and execute the plan
● Continuously drive the development of the HR plan globally
● Hold workshops, coordinate and drive communication messages on a global basis
● Daily communication with various stakeholders
Support and coach project teams, managers and employees

 

To be eligible for the role:

Years of experience in running and coordinating HR transformation projects and
processes in international business
You are an experienced HR project manager in an international environment
You are Listening, communicative, structured and a leader profile
You work skillfully operationally with a strategic eye
You speak and write business English fluently

The assignment is full-time and is expected to start in early September and last for at least 12
