Interim Production Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Production Manager for a company in the steel industry. The company has a turnover of approximately 230 MSEK and has 80 employees.
We are looking for a very senior Interim Production Manager with experience in heavy steel production. The Production Manager reports to the CEO.
Main duties:
- Managing staff and handling staff matters operationally
- Responsible for ensuring that the production reaches the set targets
- Deliver according to the production plan with the end customer in focus.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience from similar role in the steel industry or related industries
- Experience in welding, cutting and assembly
- You are a stable and senior leader
- University degree or equivalent experience acquired through work experience
About the process:
The assignment is expected to start by mid-August and will last for 10 months. We will present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews with the client will take place during week 30.
