Interim Search has been tasked with recruiting an Interim Development Manager. The client is a successful player in its field and has several interesting projects coming up in the near future.
Main responsibilities:;
- Lead the Development Group, which consists of 14 people
- Coaching and development of the group
- Responsibility for deliveries within the group
To be eligible for the role;
- Documented management experience in change management
- Experience in the insurance industry
- Accustomed to acting both operationally and strategically
- Experience in system implementation is an advantage
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Academic degree, Master of Science in Economics or equivalent
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last approximately four months, with an option to extend. It will start on September 1 and comprise 100 %.
