Interim Senior Accounting Specialist - M&A Transactions

You will enter a busy period where the company is scaling up its operations and the pace of acquisitions is high. You will be responsible for ensuring financial integration of newly acquired companies and from the Due Diligence phase and securing all accounting for the transaction until the target companies are fully integrated into the group structure from an accounting and reporting perspective. 

Main duties:

• In due diligence processes, assessing the financial situation of target companies prior to integration.
• Incorporate newly acquired companies into the group's accounting and reporting structures.
• Analyze and translate the profit and loss and cash flow statements of acquired companies into the group structure.
• Performing proforma and analyzing historical economic data.

To be eligible for the role:

• Experience working in a group responsible for the integration of acquired companies from an accounting and consolidation perspective.
• Proven experience in managing corporate transactions, both nationally and internationally.
• Experience working on M&A and transaction-oriented projects.
• Experience in due diligence processes.
• Experience in consolidated accounting.

The assignment is full-time and will start as soon as possible and is expected to last throughout the year. Vacation ideally during week 29, 30 and 31.
