Interim Senior HRBP

Main duties:

• You work closely with and support the business management and are also part of the business management team
• You will advise and support managers on issues related to employee performance, relations and development.
• You support the TA function with recruitment
• You will also help resolve work-related conflicts and other staff issues
• You act as a support, advisor and coach to managers on employee issues and labor law from a business perspective

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in HR
• Experience in consulting, preferably in IT
• Experience in TA
• Experience in growth companies
• Fast-paced and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment

About the process:

The assignment is for 80% and is expected to last approximately 7 months, starting at the end of August.
