Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Senior HRBP to a consulting and IT services company based in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- You work closely with and support the business management and are also part of the business management team
- You will advise and support managers on issues related to employee performance, relations and development.
- You support the TA function with recruitment
- You will also help resolve work-related conflicts and other staff issues
- You act as a support, advisor and coach to managers on employee issues and labor law from a business perspective
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in HR
- Experience in consulting, preferably in IT
- Experience in TA
- Experience in growth companies
- Fast-paced and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
About the process:
The assignment is for 80% and is expected to last approximately 7 months, starting at the end of August.
