Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search has been entrusted to appoint an Interim CFO to an exciting listed company (turnover approx. 1 billion) located in Stockholm.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Ongoing financial reporting and ensuring quarterly reporting
- Ensuring the updating of IFS
- Monitor budget, forecast and strategic planning
- Building on and leading the finance function
- Contribute to the recruitment process of new team members
- Overall responsibility towards authorities, tax and legal issues
- Responsible for contact with Auditors, Market and Investors etc.
- Sounding board to the CEO
- Responsible for report and presentation material to the Board and running Board meetings
- Staff responsibility for about 5 direct reports
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience in similar role or experience as CFO, Head of Business Control and/or Group Business Controller
- Experience in owner-managed companies
- Experience in listed environment and regulation
- Experience and knowledge of group accounting and group structure
- Experience in change management
- Experience with international manufacturing companies is an advantage
- Academic degree in finance/accounting or equivalent
- Strategic, present and coaching leader
- Operational and unpretentious with a humble approach
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last approximately 12 months starting in August at 100 %.
