Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim KAM / Sales Manager for a manufacturing company in health.
Main duties:
- Responsible for implementing the overall sales strategies and annual business plans and negotiations with the team.
- Overall responsibility for selling in prioritized range changes, launches, campaigns etc. according to set marketing, operational and business development plans.
- Responsible for the implementation of key initiatives, in close cooperation with the team.
- Requirements manager for sales support, both analog and digital.
- Responsible for ongoing reporting to the CEO
To be eligible for the role:
- Post-secondary education, IHM or equivalent is required
- Experience as KAM, Field Sales Manager/ Sales Manager/ or Regional Manager with solid background from FMCG and DVH.
- Experience as a salesperson is an advantage. Category manager or similar is a plus.
- B driving license, fluent in spoken and written Swedish and fluent in spoken English
