Annika has extensive experience working with sustainability issues, exclusively in large companies and corporations. This is often strategic work, where she is responsible for introducing new working methods and establishing sustainability reporting. In most assignments, she also plays an important role in educating the organization. Annika has been working with sustainability issues for nearly ten years. She started as a coordinator, responsible for designing strategy together with a sustainability and communications team. She then moved on to a role as Sustainability Lead, where she set goals and processes for sustainability work at a manufacturing company. She also initiated sustainability training and skills development forums, and prepared the company for CSRD. In recent years, she has held the title of Sustainability Manager. Annika is usually responsible for the change journey to make a company sustainable, i.e., building teams, putting sustainability work on the agenda, and developing processes for reviewing chains and suppliers.
