Amanda's career includes a long list of service-oriented roles – from Office Manager to Event Manager and Executive Assistant. She feels most at home as an Executive Assistant, and after being headhunted for her first interim assignment, she has continued her consulting career and held three additional roles as an assistant to senior management. Two as an executive assistant and one as an assistant to the CFO of an industrial group. As an interim executive assistant, Amanda has worked at a global retail company, where she worked closely with the CEO of Sweden. In this role, she developed her problem-solving skills, managed her boss's calendar, and gained a greater understanding of how to prioritize offers and meeting times. She had a flexible role with many opportunities for collaboration and networking globally. The company was changing and expanding, so when time allowed, Amanda was responsible for a number of administrative and operational projects with good results. In her second interim CEO assistant role, Amanda combined her role with being a reception manager. She ran her own projects and was responsible for suppliers in facility management and telephony.
