Interim Head of Unit

We are looking for a curious, confident, and stable leader with a focus on the work environment and safety who has the capacity to work with culture, security, and stability in a changing business. You will be responsible for the business, staff, and budget of the unit. The role involves contact with both internal and external stakeholders. You will run the business with a focus on safety, but with operational issues at the center.

Main duties:

• Act as a confident, stable, and experienced leader and coach the workforce.
• Run the unit and work environment with a focus on safety.
• Continue with an ongoing reorganization where employees' commitment and drive propel the business forward.
• Ongoing contact internally and externally (e.g., associations and political organizations).

To be eligible for the role:

• You are a confident and stable leader who helps employees grow in their roles and creates a good working environment..
• You are accustomed to handling personnel matters and driving change related to work culture.
• You have management experience in facility management, property services, or similar in a challenging environment with a strong focus on security.
• You have previous experience of reorganizations.
• You have good communication and collaboration skills.
• You have a relevant university degree.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English.
• Previous experience of working in a politically controlled organization or a commercial enterprise is an advantage.
