Interim Business Area Manager

We are looking for a Business Area Manager with experience in business mergers, acquisitions and turn around processes. To succeed in the assignment, you should have your background and experience from heavy industry, production processes, piece manufacturing, project management and documented successful leadership.

Main duties:

• Manage and develop existing business
• Review of organizational, management, and decision-making structures
• Evaluate and strengthen leadership levels
• Driving cultural and behavioral change
• Control and follow-up of financial results
• Ensure cost awareness at all levels
• Streamline and drive long-term profitable project operations
• You are part of the management team and report to the Group CEO

To be eligible for the role:

• Relevant academic degree in engineering or economics.
• Several years of managerial experience (leading through other managers) as CEO/Division/Business Area Manager with full P&L responsibility.
• Background in construction, civil engineering, infrastructure or other types of project activities where health and safety issues are in focus.
• Managerial experience in managing, leading and running technical project activities.
• Managerial experience in managing change/turnaround assignments.
• Managerial experience in negotiating contractual issues and interfacing with major clients.
• High business acumen with the ability to manage, be clear and at the same time create good relationships with the operational business.
• Confident and trustworthy with clear authority and decision-making ability.

About the process:
