Interim Senior Organizational Coach

The assignment involves contributing to the development of the organization, primarily by coaching both team members and team leaders belonging to approximately 3-4 teams (a total of approximately 15-25 people) working with backend development at the company. The company operates internationally and is driven by strong values and culture.

Main responsibilities and duties:

• Plan, guide, and follow up on the teams' work.
• Develop and support teams to become more effective and high-performing.
• Observe and assist employees in developing in their respective roles.
• Improve collaboration and communication and streamline workflows.
• Dealing with challenging situations such as conflict management.
• Promote a strong culture of continuous learning both within teams and at the company level.
• Have an agile approach to work and relationships.
• Report to the CEO.
• No responsibility for staff.

To be eligible for the role:

• Had a similar role before.
• Solid experience in coaching and mentoring teams, organizations, and individuals.
• Responsible leaders with a humble attitude and strong communication skills.
• Experience working in an agile and operational manner.
• Experience working in development companies (international experience is an advantage).
• Experience and knowledge of modern software development.
• Relevant academic education as an engineer or equivalent.

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last approximately 12 months, starting immediately, with a scope of 100 %. There is the possibility of working remotely one day per week. We will present candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews with the client company will be held in the following days.
