She then advanced in HR roles and entered the interim track after being recommended by a business contact. As an interim consultant, Desirée has completed a dozen assignments, most recently as HR director at a large public authority. In this role, she had direct responsibility for 20 employees and developed the organization by leading the business through managers and implementing a clearer approach to lean management. Desirée has extensive experience of being part of management teams and has a particular interest in issues relating to skills supply.
