Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim HR Specialist to a company based in Sala.
Main duties
- Lead work environment efforts at the logistics site, safety committee, collaborate/negotiate with safety representatives, annual follow-ups, risk assessments, incidents, and accidents.
- Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in practice, and contribute HR solutions to the local management team.
- You are responsible for rehabilitation work, personnel matters, conflict management, and local MBL negotiations.
- Conduct training initiatives linked to the HR wheel with logistics managers.
- Management support in personnel matters.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in sociology/behavioral science, or equivalent work experience.
- Several years of documented experience in qualified HR work and good knowledge of occupational health and safety
- Results-oriented, good leadership skills, and excellent communication skills; able to adapt messages to the audience while remaining clear.
- Driven by finding creative solutions to complex issues.
- Works quickly and efficiently with good prioritization skills and a high degree of flexibility.
About the process:
The assignment is for 100% full-time and is expected to last for 6 months, starting in mid-April. After the assignment period, there are good opportunities for extension and employment.
