Interim Project Manager Medical Technology

Main duties:

• Lead, plan, follow up and coordinate all activities in your area of responsibility for Medical Technology.
• Plan and run the medical technology part of the projects you are involved in.
• Reporting of project status to project team and to project management.
• Responsible for planning, managing and following up the project plan and for the handover to the project owner.
• Establish close cooperation with the medical community and understand the needs and translate them into project objectives and equipment requirements.
• Establish close cooperation with property managers, construction project managers and construction designers and establish close cooperation with administrations and other parts of the technical staff to ensure project delivery.

To be eligible for the role:

• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager, in multidisciplinary projects with several years of experience in successfully managing and running projects.
• Experience in projects related to complex installations in complex buildings, such as lab operations, pharmaceutical or healthcare.
• Experience in working with construction and relationship documents as well as experience in design and/or project management in construction is an advantage.
• Experience in engineering and/or medical technology in health care and knowledge of health care organization
• You are not afraid to question and bring new perspectives. You create a team spirit in the projects you lead.
• Furthermore, you are used to taking a high level of responsibility for your projects and the activities you run.
• You choose to bring your experience and knowledge here to create the conditions for world-class care.
• Very good oral and written communication skills, both in Swedish and English
• Civil, university or high school engineer in construction and/or engineering
