Noel started out as an elite athlete and has always been known for being determined and results-driven. After studying in Lund, he was recruited as a controller for a telecom company and stayed there for over five years. Since then, he has held senior business controller roles at two different media companies and also served as CFO at a small e-commerce startup. His focus on results has led him to take the step of becoming an interim consultant in recent years, primarily taking on roles as a business-driven business controller in data-driven environments.
