Interim Senior Investigator

Main duties:

• Responsible for the preparation of the documents needed by the municipal council in order to take a decision on the municipal council to be established.
• Formulate a mission statement and an implementation plan to clarify the objectives and framework of the mission.
• Furthermore, the assignment involves the implementation and final reporting of the assignment.
• The investigator will be the spider in the web, leading and coordinating other competences needed in the investigation.
• The role involves liaising with other municipalities and engaging with the political leadership.

Who we are looking for:

• At least ten (10) years of work experience and experience in advanced investigative work in a municipality or region.
• Experience and knowledge of the municipal mission and municipal law.
• The consultant must be able to structure and plan the investigation work and carry out the work independently from the assignment description to the finished proposal.
• The investigator should have good oral and written communication skills, but especially in writing.
• It would be an advantage if the consultant has experience of working with investigations linked to committee structure and/or local councils.
• As a person, the consultant should be structured, analytical, able to work independently and take initiative, relationship-oriented and have good interpersonal skills.

About the process:
