Interim Search recruits Mats Reidler
Interim Search's latest recruit is Mats Reidler. He joins us from Rejlers, where he was responsible for a business area for four years. Prior to that, he was Business Area Manager at Etteplan, Experis, and Management Consultant. In January, he will take up the role of Director at Interim Search, so we took the opportunity to ask Mats a few questions as he settles into his new job.
Welcome to our team, Mats! Why did you choose Interim Search?
I have been following Interim Search for a long time and have always been impressed by the company's drive. Going from zero to market leader in just ten years is truly a fantastic achievement. Now that I have had the opportunity to meet the team behind this success, it became clear why, and I knew immediately that I wanted to be part of the journey going forward.
What does your new role involve?
I take care of clients' interim needs and am responsible for the entire process, from inquiry, delivery, and appointment to follow-up and completion. Given my experience, I have a good understanding of what makes an organization successful, so I look forward to working closely with clients to deliver the best solution for their skills needs.
What is the most appealing aspect?
That it involves senior management roles and specialists who represent a business-critical need if the role is missing in an organization. It is satisfying to solve problems and challenges that make a real difference. My impression is that the entire company is permeated by a strong desire to make a difference.
You got in touch with us on the recommendation of one of our employees. Why do you think you were recommended for the role?
It was a really difficult question and not easy to answer, but I hope it was because I always try to be thorough and do my utmost to deliver what I have promised.
What are you looking forward to right now?
To begin marketing our services by contacting potential customers. Initially, I will focus on industrial operations and assist them in finding senior managers, specialists, and project managers.
